Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you love every DAHA product, we understand there may be rare instances when you need to return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product reaches us.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and products purchased during clearance sales are non-returnable.
