- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.

- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
3. Refund Process
