1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 PM IST.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹60/80/100 based on your location.

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 (Tamil Nadu only).

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp.

  • Real-time updates ensure you know exactly where your DAHA package is.
